SB-DFB is the easiest way to introduce sound control to floors.SB-DFB may be installed directly onto the subfloor and may be used in conjunction with a wide variety of flooring materials. What SB-Econotile does for low cost impact absorption, Decoupled Floor Barrier does for low cost sound control.

SB-DFB may also be used in automotive applications. A barrier is designed to block and reflect high energy soundwaves. SB-DFB features a dense, one pound per square foot vinyl layer bonded to a durable, closed cell foam. One layer is all that is required to effectively reduce the amount of road noise that enters the passenger compartment. One layer of SB-DFB is equivalent to 4-6 layers of a vibration damping sheet, SB-DFB weighs less, dramatically reduces your install time and will save you a ton of money!
